• Distribute Equipment Rental Order Form to Jobsite Coordinator
• Process Sales Order using SAP System
• Verify Equipment Daily Time Record at Daily Equipment Usage
• Prepare Pro-Forma Invoice and Statement Summary
• Monitoring and Filing Billing Invoice
• Prepare and monitor Equipment Rental Customer Satisfaction Survey and handed over to Jobsite coordinator for distribution to customer in a monthly basis.
• Analyzing Equipment Rental Customer Satisfaction survey.
• Updating Master list of Preferred Customer’s Jobsite
• Prepares and monitor ERD documents and report for ISO compliance.
• Document custodian of ERD.
• Provide assistance regarding Equipment Rental.
• Coordinate Jobsite Coordinator for Rental Documentation
• Ad hoc projects that may arise from time to time as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
• Prepares Asset Update Form and update Equipment Rental status in Maximo System.
• Updating Equipment Rental Breakdown Report
• Schedule Diesel Tanker in absence of administrative assistant.

• • Preferably Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree
  • No work experience required in the position can be trained with weeks
  • Experience in using SAP is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig City

• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick welding) to assemble and fabricate metal structures and components.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of welds, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
• Cut and prepare materials for welding, using appropriate tools such as saws, shears, and flame cutting equipment.
• Measure and mark workpieces for accuracy and proper assembly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment as required.

• At least High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have TESDA Training certificate in Welding
• At least 2 years work experience in similar capacity
• Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig City
