  • Monitor plant operation and oversee day-to-day activities of the Department.

  • Assists the Company Physicians during medical consultations
  • Coordinates Company Physicians regarding the evaluation of medical diagnoses or results of employees
  • Assists the Company Physicians in assessing employee's health status in a timely and efficient manner before and after a confirmed illness, disease, or injury to ensure capacity to perform the job
  • Timely and efficient administration of first aid care or treatment to a sick or injured employee during emergency cases at the workplace level

Audit Functions

  • Monitor compliance of all departments to the policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective implementation of the QMS.
  • Report to management the performance of the QMS as basis for review for continuous improvement.
  • Helps in the formulation and responsible for the implementation of QMS policy, procedures, and objectives.
  • Conduct Quality Management System compliance Internal Audits.
  • Creating and collecting of audit reports for presentation to the Top Management.

  • Responsible for performing clerical and administrative focusing in vehicle monitoring and maintenance of the department.

  • Responsible for requesting information about items, prices, availability, quality, request for discounts and other information related to the items to be inquired
  • Issues purchase orders for the purpose of facilitating on-site ability to acquire required supplies, services, and/or equipment within the budget Assures accurate encoding of Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) to the Maximo Asset Management System
  • Prepare expeditors daily itinerary which includes and is not limited to the recommended store where to purchase the item and its corresponding last purchase price to ensure that items are purchased at the lowest price and daily trips are well-planned and maximized

  • High School Graduate
  • At least 2 years work experience in the same field
  • Must have a professional Driver's license 1,2,3
  • With Defensive driving certificate is an advantage.

  • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified location in timely manner.
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of staff equipment, product, and materials.
  • Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
  • Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained.
  • Proving accurate time records of the company vehicle’s coming and goings.

  • Check up and inspection of assigned unit.
  • Operates the assigned heavy equipment.
  • Maintain and clean assigned equipment.
  • Stockpiling of aggregates.
  • High school Graduate
  • At least 3 years work experience in the same field.
  • Can operate Backhoe, Bulldozer, and Road Grader equipment.
  • With NCII Certificate is an advantage.
  • Willing to relocate in any Jobsite.

  • Check up and inspection of assigned unit.
  • Maintain and clean assigned equipment.
  • Operates milling machine for asphalt or concrete milling operations at various jobsite.
  • High school Graduate
  • At least with work experience in the same field.
  • With Certification on Basic Paving and Compaction in Asphalt would be an advantage.
  • Willing to relocate in any Jobsite.

  • Welding and maintenance for equipment, like vehicle, etc.
  • Repair/fabrication of tools, equipment, and spare parts for equipment, machinery, particular project.
  • Welding/repair fabrication for company buildings and facilities.
  • Provide feedback on the status of assigned work/projects.
  • With Associate certificate course in metal fabrication welding or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years work experience in the same field.
  • With NC2 Certified as Welder is an advantage.

  • Provide maintenance and repair for RTCC facilities and structures and other properties.

  • Assess site condition and route plan of transit mixer and pumpcrete
  • Coordinate to the superior before and after site inspection to assure adhere to the company’s safety program and procedure
  • Coordinate between pumpcrete foreman, QC Sampler and dispartcher to assure smooth operations for concrete.
