Requirements / Qualifications
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Associate’s degree in related field with work experience.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
- Professional manner and strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements / Qualifications
- Supervise the day-to-day transactions of the payable, receivable and treasury section of Accounting Department.
- Check the periodic report on accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash position and other related financial reports of Pasig and Calamba Plants.
- Supervise in implementing the internal controls in the payable, receivable and treasury sections of Accounting Department.
- Monitor the monthly quality objective performance of the payable, receivable and treasury sections of Accounting Department.
- Prepare the journal vouchers and the recurring, adjusting and/or correcting journal entries subject for review of immediate Head and for recording in the computerized accounting system.
- Assist the immediate Head in the preparation of the periodic financial statements of the company.
Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate head from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, CPA.
- At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience working in construction industry is an advantage.
AUTO ELECTRICIAN

- Maintain electrical system of heavy equipment, dump truck & other vehicles.
- Check, repair and maintenance of all kinds of electrical problem of heavy equipment units, dump trucks/transit
- mixers, and other service vehicles, etc.

- At least High School Graduate.

AUTO PAINTER
Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements / Qualifications
- Repair and refinish automotive vehicle bodies and straighten vehicle frames.
- Select appropriate paint or mix parts.
- File, grind, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces , using power tools and hand tools.
- Operate hand-held spray guns to spray paint or coat stationary items.
- Follow supervisors instructions as to which parts to restore or replace.
- Perform other duties from immediate superior from time to time (occasional).
- At least High School Graduate.
- With 2 years of experience.

BATCHING PLANT OPERATOR

- Operate asphalt/concrete batching plant using advanced technological machinery
- Assist in check-up and service of the batching plant.
- Schedule the plant crews needed for night operation.
- Record plant’s daily production/maintenance.
- Monitor the supply of diesel for the batching plant.
- Assist in cleaning the plant area.
- Perform other duties from immediate superior from time to time (occasional).
- Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Programming or any equivalent.
- With or Without Experience.
- Willing to be trained.
