  • Conduct site inspection assess the site condition and route plan for the transit mixer and pumpcrete.
  • Develop a sketch map and capture photographs depicting the jobsite's location, subsequently forwarding them to the relevant department.
  • Prior to and following jobsite inspections, liaise with the BDD officer/immediate superior to ensure strict adherence to the company’s safety program and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Batching Plant Operator and QC Sampler to coordinate the schedule for concrete pouring and communicate any changes in concrete specifications.

  • Promptly report and meticulously record hazards, near misses, incidents, accidents, and violations to the Safety Department for thorough documentation and analysis.
